Description.
  • Administer, Monitor and Tune CICS/TS multiple Environments on Z/OS
  • Trouble-shoot, Identify and Resolve a variety of CICS Abends and system problems
  • Support IT Technical Staff
  • Produce Capacity Planning and Management Reports.

Location:

  • Riyadh City, Saudi Arabia

Required Expertise:

  • Proven knowledge and experience 8 to 10 years (or more) a MUST
  • Self reliable, able to work in a non-supervised environment
  • Non-Technical Skill
    - High level English communication and Customer Interaction skills
    - Ability to create and modify Operating Procedures
    - Maintain daily/weekly logs of daily issues/resolution and Outage Reports
     
  • Desired skills
    - Assembler Skills
    - Ability to interface with Customer & Tech Supt Teams
    - May expect to perform some out of hours work in order to support
       customer changes
    - Solid Problem solving ability
    - Knowledge of PC Workstation environment and tools such as MS-Word

Type of positions and rate:

  • Contract
  • Week starts from Saturday until Wednesday
  • Working hours from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM

COBOL+RDBMS

Description.

Looking for several experienced Programmer/Analysts in various part of the US. Design, develop/enhance and implement financial /manufacturing / Healthcare / Insurance / applications for Mainframe, UNIX / Windows / Netware Client/Server and UNIX using Micro Focus Cobol or Fujitsu COBOL in a UNIX or Windows environment with RDBMS such, Oracle, Sybase, Informix, MS-Access, SQL Server, etc.. New development and system enhancement. Programming and design with COBOL in a WIN 95/98/NT/2000, HP/UX and SOLARIS environments. 2 to 5 years or more experience and knowledge of VSAM is required.

COBOL+DMS

Description.

COBOL and DMS under UNISYS OS/1100

Looking for several experienced Programmer/Analysts for the Southeast. Design, develop /enhance and implement financial /manufacturing / Healthcare / Insurance / applications for UNISYS.  Excellent knowledge of COBOL and DMS under OS/1100 is a must.

Experience with COBOL application development using Micro Focus Cobol or Fujitsu COBOL in a HP/UX, Solaris or Windows environment with RDBMS such as Oracle, Sybase, Informix, MS-Access, SQL Server, is a big plus.
Selected candidates may be offered the opportunity to learn and apply the latest technologies in COBOL Client/Server and Internet development and familiarize with OO COBOL.

  • 6-8 months
  • Dedicated candidates may be offered telecommuting after a few months in the project
