They had a combined experience of over sixty five years, including over seventeen years in the International consulting arena and were committed to providing the highest quality service to Corporate IS of US Fortune 1000 and some International corporations.

        In December 1993 Integrated Logic Systems International, Inc., a Florida corporation was founded to reflect the changing world of computing with the reliable integration of computing platforms which enabled the Client/Server environment [Mainframe - Mini - PC Networking] and the practical use of the INTERNET technology at the global business level. Between 1993 and 1997 all the assets and business and technical experience of LogicWay, Inc. have been gradually transferred to ILS International.
